Colin Jenkins is the Co-Owner and Director of Training at West Coast Strength & Conditioning in Ventura, CA.  Since first opening the facility, he has individually coached over 2,000 hours, over 10,000 workouts, and has created 100′s of program designs. Over the past 4 years, Colin has logged in over a 2,000 hours towards his own training and has spent thousands more researching articles, textbooks, and attending seminars from the best strength & conditioning coaches from within and outside of the CrossFit community.

After opening his own CrossFit affiliate and competing in the 2008 Games, Colin began attending as many certifications and seminars as possible, while learning from many coaches and athletes as he could in order to learn more about their unique approaches towards training for CrossFit as a sport. It didn’t take long for him to realize that those who wanted to be competitive needed to:
1. Get Their Own Coach. And

2. Have Individualized Training Programs
