Squats weren’t too bad, felt heavier than normal though. They got better as the the workout went on. CTB Pull-ups felt great. They were fast and easy, all unbroken butterfly. Focused on controlling breathing on those as I think I tend to hyperventilate a little bit on CTB Pull-ups. Definetely felt a sensation I haven’t had t feel too much of lately…lactate! Was feeling it by the 3rd set or so of the pull-ups. The Thruster sets were tough. Really bad lactate rush. Had to lay down after the last set, and almost felt like I had done “fran” or something. Ouch. Airdyne Cooldown helped and felt fine after that.
