20 Thrusters @ 135lbs
20 Burpees
20 Pull-ups
Results
Score – 3 rounds + 23
Not happy with this. Same deal as last time, as I just could not seem to find anything in me after round 1. The burpees and thrusters just started taking me a long time. Pull-ups were quick and easy.
