Meant to do 255lbs, but accidentally put 5 extra pounds more on one side than the other. These felt pretty good, and I’m happy with how my split jerk was feeling. I really focused on widening my grip and getting deeper underneath the bar. 275-285 is definitely doable for a 2RM. A little disappointed in my muscle-ups, they just aren’t too great for me right now. Need to really improve on my shoulder flexibility so that these don’t cost me so much. Goal for the end of this year is to be able to get 18+ unbroken.

Really good warm-up, and felt fast going into this. Focus was on relaxing everything, especially my face and arms as I tried to run as fast as possible. I think I went slightly faster on the last two sets but my watch kept stopping accidentally on the burpees. 6 minutes was a perfect amount of recovery to really give each set my all.
