Score – 137 reps
Got done with the CTB “Fran” part in about 4:10 and continued to go strong on the thrusters from there. Took much too long on the set of 18 pull-ups, and only left myself 30 seconds left to do thrusters. Finished 11 thrusters in that time. I never hit muscular fatigue…just hurt real bad from the lactate build-up. Afterwards, I was MESSED UP! Puked a few times, and did not feel normal the entire day.

Held the same strategy, but just cut time on the transitions. Finished the CTB “Fran” in about 3:40 this time around. Did the set of 18 thrusters and 18 pull-ups faster than on Thursday, and left myself with 50 seconds to do the thrusters. I felt much more fatigued going into the thrusters, but was able to push out 6 more reps with the extra time. Just enough to do my part to help get WCSC to regionals. What an amazing day!!
