This last weekend, I traveled up for my 5th and final trip to Canada this year to learn from the world class Strength Coach, James “OPT” Fitzgerald. The picture above is of me and the 15 other coaches from around the globe who have done the same. It has been an amazing journey furthering my education up north learning from James and all the other knowledgeable coaches in attendance. Whether my athletes have been aware of it or not, these trips have made significant differences in all of their progress towards achieving higher orders of both fitness and health.
I believe deeply in delivering the highest quality coaching possible, and continual education has been key in allowing me to provide it. Just looking back at all the changes towards quality I have been able to make in the past year, it is easy to see just how critical the process of education is. It is what allows me to always be ahead of curve in helping you achieve your goals. It is what makes me proud to being doing what I do.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned this year from Canada is this: You must always keep pushing forward, learning more, and getting better. The minute you think you know everything is the minute you know nothing…Living without learning is death.
