Notes: Felt pretty good, but I ate too much fat last night, and my body does not handle high-fat eating like it used too. Felt like I had to shit during the whole AM workout.
A. Squat Clean – Build to a tough single

C. 3 Front Squats @ 205# @ 2020 (from the ground) – EMOTM for 10 minutes

Felt strong going into this. Squat cleans felt solid, although my left knee gave me some issues at the heavier weights. I tried 338# twice but lost it forward both times. The second time really hurt my knee and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to complete the session. I rested about 15 minutes until finally my knee started feeling better and had to re-warm up the squat clean before doing the 20 reps @ 66%. 220# was a little bit heavier than 66% (by a few pounds). I think if my knee had felt better I might have done 5 TnG from the start, but because I was a little hesitant, I choose to do singles the whole time. I’m happy with 1:56. Tempo Front Squats were kinda hard because I was tired as shit. I really focused on staying strict with the tempo.

all sets took about 35 seconds. Pull-ups are feeling more comfortable really making sure that they are completely locked out at the bottom. Nice easy skill session.
